First Choice in Michigan’s Great Southwest, an affiliate organization of Cornerstone Alliance, is excited to announce the launch of an incredible new marketing tool to you! MyNewRental.com, has been developed to enhance the relocation experience of candidates and new hires seeking rental housing in the community. And… MyNewRental.com is being launched with free search and free posting capabilities.
Focus study groups of new residents have shared with us what a challenging process this has been ~ calling pages of classified ads (which include community descriptions and addresses that have no meaning to a newcomer), driving through downtown areas looking for signs in yards and windows, trying to visit complexes that don’t offer weekend hours or models, or needing a short-term, furnished, or pet-friendly rental … only to find that very few options with the amenities they were looking for surfaced.
Our goal is to rapidly create a single, comprehensive on-line database of the extensive rental options that exist in Michigan’s Great Southwest. We intend to broadly publish and market the website information to local employer human resource functions (such as Whirlpool, Lakeland, AEP, IPC Communications, Bosch and many others) and other entities in the community that have a need for the information.
