We are in each others’ corner.

While residing in your New Rental, this is just as much your house as it is ours! Meaning we both have our own responsibilities. Don’t worry it is not as scary as it sounds! And we are always here to help.

 

  • Your Responsibilities

    —Proper use and regular maintenance of appliances

    —Regularly changing your air filters

    —Proper use of all plumbing and electrical fixtures

    —Pest control

    —Disposal of all trash in a clean and proper manner

    —Minor toilet and drain clogs

    —Changing lightbulbs

    —Lawn Maintenance (unless stated otherwise in your lease)

  • Our Responsibilities

    —Air conditioning & Heating

    —Appliances

    —Garage Door

    —Roofing leaks or issues

    —Fencing

    —Major drain clogs

    —Plumbing leaks

    —Plumbing fixtures

    —Water heater

Some perks come with responsibilities.

Be Proud of Your Yard.

Be the yard that your neighbors envy! Having a beautiful yard is a big part of living in a home. So be sure to treat these responsibilities with care and attention! If you happen to reside in one of our communities where lawn care is included, just disregard these rules (we've already got your back!).

 

  • Regular lawn mowing

  • Water lawn and plants to keep them healthy

  • Watch out for drought season!

  • Fertilize as needed (be sure to time it properly or you could harm the grass!)

  • Trim hedges and shrubs at least 12” off the house

  • Remove all weeds from flowerbeds and walkways

  • Keep palms and other trees trimmed (less than 10’ in height)

  • Make sure yard is clear of any debris or trash
